With the completion of the extension in August 2010 and with more facilities, the Executive Committee felt it was appropriate to have a major review and new strategy for our Samaj's Estate.The committee elected Bipin Kantaria (Chair), Suresh Kansagra, Arun Ardreshna, Rajni Kansagra and Chandu Makadia to manage this process.
The key area which we will look into are marketing to optimise rental income, the hiring charges, benefits to our KPS members, booking and hiring arrangements and human resources.
The process includes reviewing the existing practices, research for the best practice and competition, prepare detail brief, have a strategy day to discuss all the issues and report to the new Executive.
It is anticipated that the Strategy day will be held in late May or early June 2010. The whole of Samaj members will be invited for this day. Meanwhile if you want any more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us: kataria@gmail.com .
